Hi, I'm Kristina.

I’m a human, an important distinction in a time where Artificial Intelligence parades around the internet. I work primarily as a writer, content strategist, and movement/yoga teacher. I'm also the creator of Delphi Reclaimed, a publication and community that elevates the voices of Greek creatives around the globe.

A Greek-American Virginia native, I inherited the somewhat Southern (ok, and Greek) passion for telling stories. For most of 2017, I worked and traveled as a "digital nomad," though I like to joke I'm more of an analog nomad. I missed my records and guitar too much, and as such,  am moving back to Brooklyn, NY (again. for now.).

I'm as passionate about the potential of tech innovations as I am about tactile experiences. One could say I'm exceedingly curious.

My passion for writing, philosophy, healing, and creativity extends to the realm of movement. I'm a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200), Reiki 1 level practitioner, and Greek folk dance freak. My off-screen life involves a lot of movement, music, and expression.

I also like to write creatively (poetry, humor), play my grandmother's guitar, and participate in intersectional feminist communities.
