An erstwhile New Yorker and Virginia native, I'm now a nomad who loves to tell stories, discover new things, and ask too many questions.
Most recently, I created Delphi Reclaimed, a platform elevating Hellenic voices around the globe. What is Hellenism in 2017? How can we celebrate it? Critique it?
Under the nom de plume "Menstrual Minstrel," I write "period poetry." With a humorous lens, this digital art project aims to dispel shame around menstruation and help humans accept everything about women's bodies. Recently, it was featured in Susie Magazine.
I'm also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, currently teaching in Athens, Greece.
Once upon a time I worked as a music publicist where I helped break bands with placement on outlets like NPR Music and The Fader. This taught me how to communicate and also see a lot of concerts for free (live music > most things).
